Omida Dr. Schuessler Salts - No. 1 Calcium fluoratum D12 - ligaments remedy
Schüssler salts are finely prepared mineral salts. The form of therapy was developed by the homeopathic physician Wilhelm Heinrich Schüssler (1821-1898) and is based on the realisation that many illnesses can be traced back to a mineral deficiency.
It is important to understand that the use of inorganic mineral salts does not directly compensate for a deficiency of these substances. The biochemical remedies are based on the principle of information (stimulus) to the body cell. This specific stimulus, due to its biochemical processing, leads the cell back into electrochemical order (cell harmony). Once the cell is back in balance due to the electrochemical information received from the biochemical remedy, the process of bodily healing reaction, recovery, can fully unfold.

Use
Time: Best taken 15 to 30 minutes before meals or 30 minutes afterwards.
Amount: 3 x 2 tablets daily, unless otherwise stated.
Remarks: As the finely divided medicinal substances are absorbed through the mucous membrane of the mouth, it is important not to swallow the tablets but to let them melt slowly in the mouth. The effect is more intense if the tablets are taken dissolved. Dissolve the tablets in hot, boiled water and drink in small sips, preferably hot.
Drops/powder: Approximately 5 drops or 1 pinch of powder correspond to 1 tablet.
