Burgerstein Iron plus contains organic iron and copper, with added vitamins A, B1, B6, B12, as well as pantothenic and folic acids. Burgerstein Eisen plus is well tolerated and it makes sense to take it regularly and for a long time. The vitamin C it contains increases the absorption of iron, and copper contributes to the normal transport of iron in the body.
